I.REGULI GENERALE
1. Emanuel Torrent este un site privat iar accesul considerati-l ca si un privilegiu nu un drept, si acesta poate fi revocat pentru orice motiv.
2. Nerespectarea acestor reguli poate duce la BAN/WRAN!
3. Nu sfidati/jigniti membrii staff-ului!
4. Nu se accepta conturi duble!
5. Nu pot fi uploadate decat materiale crestine.
6. Nu se pot uploada materiale deja existente pe tracker
7. Asigurati-va ca folositi o adresa de email valida pentru cont, in caz contrar contul va fi sters.
8. Torentele uploadate trebuie pastrate la seed pana cand cel putin inca o persoana le-a downloadat complet!
9. Nu uploadati torrentele noastre pe alte trackere
10. Nu se accepta warez, sau linkuri spre resurse warez, seriale, crack-uri, etc.
Reguli Shouthbox/Forum/PM
1. Nu se permit mesaje agresive sau con?in?nd injurii.
2. Nu se permit mesaje cu con?inut comercial sau orice fel de invita?ie nesolicitata sau reclama la alt site de torrente crestine.
3. Sunt permise mesaje continand adrese e-mail/ID-urilor personale.
Ratia Generala
1. Ratia generala trebuie mentinuta peste 1,00 pentru ca userul sa se poata bucura de toate drepturile.
2. Daca ratia generala scade sub 1,00 si downloadul cumulat este peste 7 Giga, userul este avertizat (anuntat) de tracker.
3. Are practic timp nelimitat sa isi readuca ratia generala la cel putin 1,00.
4. Nu exista riscul de a fi banat, dar nu va putea downloada nici un material pana nu isi reface ratia generala la 1,00.
5. Fiecare user primeste bonus pentru seed, postari in forum, sondaje, etc.
6. Observatie: orice user care va folosi comentariile fara continut (emoticonuri, formule...) va fi avertizat de catre moderatori sau administratori.Daca persista in aceasta atitudine va fi oprit de la comentarii. Subiectele ce pot fi generate de materialul uploadat vor fi abordate pe forum.

V. REGULI SPECIALE
1. Toti membrii site-ului au dreptul la replica; totusi, cand replica este direct ofensatoare, nu va mai fi considerata replica, ci ofensa, iar administratorul are dreptul sa ia masuri conform regulamentului existent pe site.
2. Daca cineva aduce o ofensa unui administrator,intr-un fel sau altul, adica: ii raspunde urat, este obraznic, este agresiv verbal, il ia pe administrator peste picior, si alte asemenea cazuri, atunci respectivul user va fi banat la download, banat la forum si la shoutbox pentru 2 saptamani. Daca continua cu aceeasi atitudine, va fi banat 2 saptamani de pe site. Iar daca situatia persista si dupa acestea, ii va fi dezactivat contul.

General Ratio
1. General ratio has to be higher than 1.00 for you in order to benefit from all granted privileges.
2. If your general ratio falls below 1.00 and your total download is over 7 GB, you will be warned (announced) by the tracker. You will have an unlimited amount of time to bring your general ratio to 1.00 or higher. There is no risk of being banned, but you will not be able to download anything until your general ratio has reached at least 1.00
3. It is not mandatory that you seed everything you download, with the exception of DVDs; for these, you will have to seed until another user will complete the download.
4. For every seeding hour, forum posts, polls, etc you receive bonus points. For details see the Bonus page.
5. Note: any user that will put a comment with no content (ex: emoticons, smileys, etc) will be warned by a Moderator/Administrator. If the user goes on with this attitude, he/she will be banned from commenting. Any topics regarding the actual material that was been uploaded can be discussed on the Forum. |
